To start, we recommend to dress comfortably. You'll want to wear shoes that are closed toed, and that are anchored onto your foot (i.e. no flip flops). We also recommend steering clear of tennis shoes as they tend to stick to the dance floor. If you'd like to look for a ballroom shoe, take a look at our preferred dance vendors page HERE.
What dance style should I start with?
Everyone is different, so once you come in for your first lesson, your instructor will get to know a little bit about you and make recommendations based on your goals and abilities.
Do I need a partner?
NO PARTNER NECESSARY! If you do not have a partner, your instructor will act as your partner. During group classes, partners rotate throughout the class, so come alone or bring a friend!
Where are you located?
After exiting Bernardo Center Dr., it is easiest to turn onto Lomica Dr. and park near the U.S. Post Office and Round Table. We are located on the second level behind the post office, above Aki Hana sushi restaurant.
If I have a partner is the cost doubled?
No. When a couple takes a lesson with one instructor, the rate does not change from a standard private lesson.
How long are private lessons & group classes?
All of our private lessons, group classes, and practice sessions are 45 minutes.
